“Rain” of decisions on splits, mergers and dissolutions of hotel companies

The competent authorities have taken decisions on the revival, split, dissolution, conversion and merger of hotel companies.
In detail:
The Athens Chamber of Commerce approved the revival of the Société Anonyme (UNDER LIQUIDATION) ON THE ROCKS S.A. HOTEL AND TOURISM ENTERPRISES as an “active company” following a decision of the company’s General Meeting of Shareholders.
The Cyclades Chamber of Commerce approved the demerger of the company under the name ACHINOPODI TOURIST HOTEL AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ANONYME, with the contribution of the hotel sector, with the establishment of a new company under the name AKROLITHOS MYKONOU HOTEL TOURIST COMPANY ANONYME, following a decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the company participating in the demerger.
The Lassithi Chamber of Commerce approved the joint demerger of the public limited company QUIANNA HELLAS SINGLE-Person Societe Anonyme by absorbing the activity sector concerning the hotel department (ground and building facilities) from the company with the name “THE ISLAND CONCEPT REAL ESTATE AND HOTEL MANAGEMENT INVESTMENT CONSTRUCTION CONSULTING TOURISM HOTEL SINGLE-Person Societe Anonyme IKE” and by establishing a new company with the name QUIANNA HELLAS 1 SINGLE-Person Societe Anonyme, following the decisions of the General Meetings of the Shareholders/Partners participating in the demerger.
The Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry approved the partial demerger of the company GEORGIOS MARMOURIS PRODUCTION, COMMERCIAL, IMPORT, CONSTRUCTION S.A., with the distinctive titles MARMOURIS S.A. and CASA VERDE ROOMS, with the establishment of a new company under the name CASA VERDE HOTEL ENTERPRISES S.A., in accordance with a decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company’s Shareholders.
The Grevena Chamber approved the dissolution of the GREVENA PALACE HOTEL S.A., in accordance with the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders.
The Chamber of Chania approved the dissolution and liquidation as well as the appointment of liquidators of the Societe Anonyme NANA HOTEL S.A. TOURIST AND HOTEL ENTERPRISES, in accordance with the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders.
The Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry approved the conversion of the company with the name HOTEL ENTERPRISES LAMBRINI KARANASSIOU SINGLE-MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY into a societe anonyme, with the name POLIS ATHENS HOTEL SINGLE-MEMBER S.A., in accordance with the decision of the General Meeting of its partners.
The Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry approved the conversion of the company with the name MYRTO PAPADOMICHELAKI TOURISM HOTEL PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY into a public limited company with the name MYRTO PAPADOMICHELAKI TOURISM – HOTEL SA, in accordance with a decision of the General Meeting of the Company’s Partner.
The Lassithi Chamber of Commerce approved the merger of the joint-stock companies ALMYROS HOTEL AND TOURIST ENTERPRISES S.A. (absorbing) and GOURNIA HOTEL AND TOURIST ENTERPRISES S.A. (absorbing) in accordance with the decisions of the General Meetings of Shareholders of the companies.
