Biggest spider web ever discovered

Researchers near the Greek–Albanian border have uncovered what may be the largest spider web ever found, spanning over 1,000 square feet and housing more than 110,000 spiders from two unique underground species.

They believe the web thrives thanks to the cave’s abundance of midges, which provide a steady food source.
