Countries with the Largest Penises in the World Revealed

Global research has revealed notable differences in average penis sizes, with data gathered from nearly 90 countries offering a comprehensive view of these variations worldwide.
How measurements are taken?
To ensure consistency, researchers measured length along the upper side of the penis, from the base to the tip of the glans. If a fat pad was present above the root, it was gently compressed during measurements.
For circumference, most studies measured the base, though some inconsistencies arose from studies that included measurements of the glans instead. Such discrepancies were excluded from the final evaluation to maintain reliability.
Researchers found little correlation between penis size and factors like body height or age. While smaller averages were observed in countries where men are generally shorter, this relationship diminished significantly for erect lengths over 12 cm. Similarly, a connection to age was largely unsupported by the data.
The link between body mass index (BMI) and penis size also remains uncertain. Although most studies found no significant connection, an Indian study from 2007 suggested a slight correlation, while a 2001 Italian study reported an inverse relationship.
Penis sizes around the world
At the smaller end of the spectrum, Cambodian men average just under 4 inches (10 cm).
The UK follows in 68th place with an average size of 5.2 inches (13.1 cm), while the US ranks slightly higher at 60th with an average of 5.4 inches (13.5 cm).
Australia sits at 43rd with an average of 5.7 inches (14.46 cm).
European countries such as the Netherlands, France, and Italy rank among the highest in the region, averaging between 6 and 6.2 inches (15.2-15.7 cm) while Greece ranks 64th with an average penis size of 5.2 inches (13.3 cm).
Ecuadorian men top the list with the largest average erect penis size, measuring nearly 7 inches (17.6 cm).
Blood penis and flesh penis
The research also touched on the common distinction between the blood penis (so-called “grower”) and the flesh penis (the “shower”).
A grower’s penis increases significantly in size when erect, whereas a shower’s is relatively large even in a flaccid state and gains mainly in firmness.
Climate appears to influence these characteristics. Around 80% of men worldwide are classified as growers, particularly in colder regions, where the body may adapt to preserve heat.
German researchers, who compiled this data, analyzed over 40 studies involving thousands of men. Their work highlights how average sizes vary across the globe and sheds light on related factors like BMI, age, and physical proportions.
While size differences are intriguing, the researchers caution against drawing simple conclusions, as cultural, genetic, and environmental factors likely play significant roles.
