Creative writing workshops with Tina Giannoukos return to Greek Community of Melbourne

The Greek Community of Melbourne are once again teaming up with poet and writer Dr Tina Giannoukos, to host a creative writing workshop.
This six-session workshop is designed to take participants on a unique writing journey.
Attendees will explore their writing styles, discover different voices and learn how to overcome any obstacles in expressing themselves.
The focus is on helping participants tell their own personal stories.
The workshop conducted in English will feature creative writing exercises and examples from literature to help participants find their style, address topics that matter to them and build confidence and skills to write their own literary stories.
Participants will also receive a certificate of attendance.
Presenter Giannoukos is the author of award-winning poetry collection Bull Days.
It was shortlisted in the 2017 Victorian Premiers Literary Awards and longlisted for the 2017 ALS Gold Medal.
She has a PhD in Creative Writing from the University of Melbourne and is a presenter on the Spoken Word program on 3CR Community Radio.
