The building service of the municipality of Zakynthos approved small‑scale construction works for interior layouts and facade interventions on the ground floor of building A of the classic-type hotel “I Chara tis Thalassas” located in Laganas, owned by the company Afoi I. Kalofonou AXTE, with tenant the company V. Tsourounakis – E. Vasilakis O.E.
The building service of the municipality of Propontida approved small‑scale construction works for interior layouts and landscaping of the surrounding area at the hotel unit “Medite Resort,” located at km 3 N. Moudanion – Potidaia, owned by the company Medite Resort Monoprosopi A.E.
