Deputy PM Maricic: There’s Moment of Resolve for New Enlargement of EU

In Athens, Deputy PM for European Affairs Bojan Maricic stated that there was a moment of resolve for new enlargement of the EU.
As he added, North Macedonia must not miss the chance and wait again. “The message is clear, the Western Balkan countries entering the EU as soon as possible,” Maricic stressed.
Together with Kovacevski, the Deputy PM was in the Greek capital on the occasion of the 20 th anniversary of the Thessaloniki Declaration at the EU-Western Balkans Summit.
At the meeting with the host, Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the strong alliance between Greece and North Macedonia was confirmed. “The pledge is for us, just like we are together in NATO, to be together in the EU too,” Maricic stated.
