Eurobank has completed the sale of its 8.58% stake in Demetra Holdings Plc to Logicom Services Limited for approximately €27 million, the bank announced on 16 January 2025.

The transaction, priced at €1.55 per share for 17,152,353 shares, is part of a broader agreement between Eurobank, Demetra, and Logicom that includes a second phase where Eurobank will acquire an additional 24.66% stake in Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd.

The Hellenic Bank stake will be acquired through two separate transactions: 21.33% from Demetra and 3.33% from Logicom. This second phase is expected to conclude by 10 February 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.

The deal forms part of a collaboration aimed at restructuring the investment portfolios and strengthening the capital positions of all parties involved.
