Greek social media influencer Antonis Leivadiotis has won the Influencer/Blogger category at Serbia’s annual Tourism Flower 2024 (Turistički Cvet 2024) awards for his contribution to promoting Serbian tourism.
The Thessaloniki-based content creator, who has more than 260,000 Instagram followers, works closely with the Serbian Tourism Organization to promote the country to Greek-speaking audiences through travel storytelling and photography.
“Serbia is a unique destination with rich culture, authentic experiences, and warm people. It is an honour to contribute to the promotion of this beautiful country and to build bridges between Greece and Serbia,” Leivadiotis said.
Serbian Tourism Organisation director Maria Labovic praised the award recipients, saying: “This year’s results prove that Serbia is an emerging tourist destination. Contributions from individuals like Mr. Leivadiotis, who bridge cultures and highlight the authenticity of local traditions, are invaluable.”
Other winners included the Tourism Organisation of Niš, Belgrade’s Courtyard by Marriott hotel, and the Drina Regatta event in Bajina Bašta.
The awards ceremony also recognised excellence in various tourism sectors, with honours going to accommodation providers such as Hotel Fontana in Vrnjačka Spa, Hotel Ramonda on Mount Rtanj, and Despotika Winery in Smederevska Palanka.
