Greta Thunberg says she’s ‘not a hero’

Environmental activist Greta Thunberg was given a hero’s welcome after arriving in Greece following her deportation from Israel.

Thunberg, 22, was one of more than 70 activists, lawyers and journalists of different nationalities who were deported after they were seized aboard an intercepted Gaza aid flotilla.

She landed at Athens International Airport to an awaiting crowd of hundreds, who all cheered and chanted ‘Free Palestine’ and ‘Long live the flotilla’ as she walked through them holding a bunch of flowers.
