His Majesty the Sultan issues two Royal Decrees

MUSCAT : Royal Decree No. 80/2023 is related to tax exemption; Royal Decree No. 81/2023 concerns the appointment of non-resident ambassadors.
Article One of Royal Decree No. 81/2003 states that Badr bin Mohammed Al Mandhari, Oman’s Ambassador to the United Kingdom, is appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Non-Resident Plenipotentiary to Ireland, the Republic of Montenegro, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Lithuania, and the Republic of Latvia.
Article Two: His Highness Sayyed Nizar bin Al-Jalanda bin Majid Al Said, Ambassador to the Italian Republic, is to be Oman’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Non-Resident Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Malta, the Republic of Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Albania, Romania, and the Republic of San Marino.
Article one of the Royal Decree No. 80/2023 states that the Minister of Finance assumes the jurisdiction to exempt from taxes wherever mentioned in laws and royal decrees.
