Hristovski Case: Prosecutors to Wait for Outcome of SCPC Procedure

When it comes to the case concerning the TOEFL certificate of Agency for National Security Director, Bojan Hristovski, the Prosecutor’s Office has told Telma it will wait for the outcome of the process initiated by the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC).
In order to prevent dualism, the Office will act according to its authorisations once the SCPC’s procedure ends. Telma has also sent questions to the SCPC and Interior Ministry about potential activities by them following the Faktor.bg report about the certificate issue.
SDSM believes that regardless of the procedure initiated by the SCPC, the Office should open an investigation. The SCPC’s decision will be made at a public session. The institution headed by Pance Toskovski, on its part, said it would act unselectively.
Regarding the Facebook page of Julia, the Greek and Bulgarian consulting and translation company, it has disappeared from the social medium, while nobody is answering the phone either.
