Pro-Palestinian demonstrators scuffle with police on Greek island as Israeli tourist ship

Pro-Palestinian demonstrators scuffled with police on the island of Rhodes on Monday as a cruise ship with Israeli passengers arrived on the island.
 
Dozens of protesters shouting “Free Palestine” staged a protest near the port, at a distance from where the cruise ship, the Crown Iris, docked. Some protesters were detained.
 
"The killings and the embargo that is happening in Gaza must stop, the people are starving," said protester Konstantinos Lerias.
 
According to local media, the cruise ship passengers disembarked from the ship and were greeted by local authorities.
