Vassilis Xiros was the consul general of Greece in Shanghai between 2015 and 2019, but he came back to the city during the 25th Shanghai International Film Festival with a different role: to present his first feature film during the Belt and Road Film Week. Being a career diplomat and now working in the Ministry of Culture in Greece, his deep passion for film has never faded away. CGTN’s Zhang Meng has the story.
