As part of its strategic restructuring and efforts to strengthen its executive team, Vavoulas Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Manos Chiskakis as General Manager across all group companies. In his new role, Mr. Chiskakis will act as a catalyst for transformation and a driving force for the Group’s strategic direction and development.

A Proven Leader in Industry and Management
Manos Chiskakis is a seasoned and multifaceted executive with a strong track record in the industrial, hospitality, and technical sectors, both in Greece and internationally. He brings over 25 years of senior management experience, having served in top leadership roles at MEGAPLAST Group, one of the world’s leading industrial exporters and innovators.

Throughout his career, he has demonstrated outstanding leadership in strategic planning, business unit development, human resources management, and complex project execution—whether in construction, technical works, or organizational transformation initiatives.

He has also served as Project Leader on numerous high-profile public and private projects, playing key roles in the design, coordination, and successful delivery of large-scale technical and construction undertakings.

His expertise as a Consulting Engineer and Occupational Safety Specialist in a wide range of businesses and organizations further highlights his multi-dimensional contribution—focused on regulatory compliance, risk prevention, and workplace safety enhancement.

Educational Background
Mr. Chiskakis holds an Executive MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Nottingham Trent University, where he also completed a Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management (PGCert), with a focus on Business Administration and Human Resources Management.

He also holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) of Crete, specializing in Mechanical Systems Technology.
