The Victorian Multicultural Commission made history on Saturday by hosting its annual Multicultural Gala in Geelong, marking the first time the event was held outside Melbourne’s metropolitan area.
The city of Geelong provided the perfect backdrop for a night filled with cultural diversity, unity, and celebration.
The 2024 Gala brought together a broad spectrum of attendees, including government officials, faith leaders, cultural representatives, and community members from across Victoria.
Among the distinguished guests were Premier Jacinta Allan, Opposition Leader John Pesutto, and Victorian Multicultural Commission Chairperson Vivian Nguyen, along with numerous members of various Hellenic organisations.
